Held at the Rajasthan Shiv Mandir in Jugsalai, the AGM marks a significant step toward modernizing the hospital and enhancing accessibility for the community.

A Renewed Commitment to Service

Major Decision: Reconnecting with Ayushman Bharat
The most impactful decision announced during the meeting was the move to re-enroll Rajasthan Seva Sadan under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
This critical step aims to ensure that underprivileged patients can once again access the hospital's high-quality facilities. According to General Secretary CA Jagdish Khandelwal, this effort is key to both providing necessary benefits to the needy and increasing the hospital’s revenue.
Progress in Modernisation and Quality Care
General Secretary CA Jagdish Khandelwal presented the annual report, detailing the comprehensive achievements of the past year.
Highlights of the progress include:
- Advanced Equipment: Installation of modern medical equipment such as X-ray and dialysis machines.
- Infrastructure Improvements: The basic structure of the hospital was significantly improved.
- Quality Staffing: Skilled doctors were appointed to continually raise the quality of patient treatment.
Furthermore, the General Secretary noted that the management is striving to reach a point where the Seva Sadan will no longer be dependent on donations or CSR funds for its day-to-day expenses.
Financial Health and Membership Changes
Treasurer CA Manish Kedia presented the financial report for the fiscal year 2023-24.
Following a brief discussion, the income and expenditure details were unanimously approved by the members.
A commitment to affordability was reinforced with the announcement that the discount provided on medicines for patients through the Seva Sadan’s medical facility would continue.
Additionally, members unanimously approved proposed amendments to the organization’s constitution.
These changes reflected updated membership categories and requirements, including increasing the minimum donation amount for Trustee Members (from ₹51,000 to ₹1,00,000) and Hereditary Members (from ₹31,000 to ₹51,000).
